Bread roll

1hr bread roll.

1cup warm water,

1/4 cup sugar,

1/3 cup oil (i used canola oil),

2tbsp yeast,

 1tsp salt,

1 large egg (beaten), 31/2 cup flour,

3tbsp milk (opt)
Procedure: In a large bowl mix together warm water, sugar, oil, and yeast n let it stand for 15 mins or until is bubbled or frothy , after that stir in the salt and beaten egg into the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour, dough would be kind of sticky but add enough flour until its manageable. Let it rest in the bowl for 10mins ( I left mine for 15mins)   I also covered mine with a kitchen towel. This allows the dough to rest well & not dry out. Spray hands with non stick spray or butter and form dough into balls. place in a baking tray such that they do not stick together and cover to let it rise for for 20 more minutes.  Bake in 375 degrees oven for 10 minutes.

Mix 2-3tbsp of butter n honey and brush on top of the hot roll or u can do normal egg wash. Your one hour yeast roll (bread) is ready, enjoy
